Digital services

Vantum offers adverts, promotional video, seller pages, sales websites, local prospect research, tailored campaigns, follow-up tools and brand launch material. Each quote states the deliverables, sources, formats and integrations included. A new direction or extra work requires a separate quote.

Standard creative packages aim for two working days after cleared payment and a complete brief, subject to the confirmed slot. Custom services have their own agreed scope, price and delivery schedule.

Prices and credits

Special costs R49. Seller Start costs R199. Refresh costs R99. Page continuation costs R15 per page per complete seven-day period. Team Start costs R799 for five sellers. Team Refresh costs R399 for five sellers. One rand buys one Vantum credit.

Seller Start allocates 139 credits to initial work and four 15-credit page weeks. Team Start allocates 499 credits to initial work and twenty 15-credit page weeks. Credits reserved for future page periods remain prepaid service obligations. Paid and bonus credits are recorded separately. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Loading credits does not earn commission.

Page service

Seller Start and Team Start include the first four weeks of page service. Continued service requires the customer's renewal consent at R15 per page per week. If fewer than 15 credits remain for a page, it pauses at the end of its paid period. Pausing keeps its assigned identity and approved data. Downloaded files remain available for the customer to use.

Briefs, customer material and approval

The customer must provide accurate product names, sizes, prices, stock facts, fulfilment details and public contact information. The customer confirms that they own or have permission to supply each photo, logo, portrait and other item. Vantum publishes only facts and contact details the customer approves.

One combined correction round is included where the quote says so. Customer work is used as a public example only with separate permission.

Campaigns and lead research

Lead research supplies relevant business prospects and public contact routes. Your quote lists any advertising spend, publishing, outreach and outside service fees included. We agree the audience and contact channels with you. Prospects decide whether to reply or buy.

Cancellation, refunds and corrections

The quote must provide the applicable cancellation and refund information before payment. Where a customer expressly asks Vantum to start during an applicable cancellation period, Vantum records the request and explains any effect on payment for work already supplied. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in place.

Refunds and reversals are applied to the related unused credits, undelivered service or delivered component as the recorded facts require. Unused paid credits and prepaid page time remain available for the agreed work or applicable refund.

Founder participation and commission

Joining the Vantum founder programme costs R0 and does not require a purchase. Founder numbers, sponsor ancestry and highest titles remain recorded. Cash commission arises only from eligible cash-funded service value after delivery, refunds and any VAT. Top-ups, registration, bonus-funded work and a founder's own invoice earn no cash commission.

The selling founder rate is 20%. Up to six qualified sponsor levels receive 10%, 7%, 5%, 3%, 2% and 1% of the remaining 80% base. Rank and activity rules on the earn page determine which levels are payable. Missing or ineligible positions stay unpaid. Income examples show the calculation for the stated order. Earnings depend on completed orders and qualification, with each founder covering their own expenses.

Creative work matures seven calendar days after accepted delivery. Page service matures seven days after its service period ends. Mature eligible entries reaching the Thursday noon cutoff are scheduled for Friday settlement, Johannesburg time. Refunds reverse related earnings.

Find customers

Your first search is free and opens one contact. A search that finds no new contact uses no search credit. You can reopen your saved results free. Search credits are separate from paid service credits and cannot be withdrawn as money.

Results include public product questions, sellers and businesses. A listing is not a confirmed customer. Sources may be old, and a search may include other areas. Check the original post and respect each person's contact preferences. Vantum does not send messages to these contacts for you.

You earn one search when a friend joins on your link and completes their first successful search, up to five rewards in any 30 days. Accounts using the same device or internet connection may not qualify. Search rewards are separate from founder commissions.

Personal information

Vantum collects the information needed to handle an enquiry, prepare and deliver work, maintain customer credits, operate seller pages, record consent and maintain the founder network. This can include a name, South African mobile number, business, area, supplied files, product facts, approvals, founder code and sponsor relationship. Your account also stores your username, password hash, searches, saved contacts and any contacts you choose to import. Imported contacts stay private to your account and can be removed there. Session cookies keep you signed in. Referral links are remembered for up to 30 days, and hashed device and connection identifiers help limit duplicate rewards.

Public founder codes identify referral relationships. They are not passwords and do not provide access to private credits, orders or earnings. A seller page publishes only approved public details. The finder displays public source information. Your private account details and imported contacts are not added to that public catalogue. Access to private records is limited to operating the service and meeting applicable duties.

You may ask what information Vantum holds about you, ask for a correction, withdraw optional example permission, or request deletion where the information no longer has to be retained. Supplier details and payment

Vantum provides the verified contracting name, required address and registration disclosures, VAT status, EFT beneficiary and unique payment reference with the quote before taking payment. Use the payment details on your quote.
